iDevelop Apps is committed to protecting your privacy, and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of customer information very seriously. This policy explains how we use customer information and how we protect your privacy.

 

Information we collect and how we use it

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the iDevelop Apps Terms of Service, and applies to the information obtained by us through your use of this website, the Service and other iDevelop Apps products and services. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings provided for those terms in the Terms of Service.

 

Information you provide us

We collect very little personal information about our users. iDevelop Apps’ Applications obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Applications. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Applications/Service unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Applications/Service, you generally provide: (a) your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Applications/Service, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Applications/Service. We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

 

Information we get from your use of our services

We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them. This information includes:

 

Your information

Your username, email address, contact preferences and activities you perform within your account. This lets us create your account, provide you with convenient and personalized access to your account, and deliver and support the Service. This information also helps us communicate with you about your use of the Service, product announcements, software updates and respond to your requests for assistance (including providing account verification support if you’re having difficultly accessing your account). In addition, we may use your Personal Information to send you marketing emails and special offers.

 

Device information

We may collect device-specific information, such as the type of mobile device you use, operating system version, unique device identifiers, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and mobile network information including phone number.

 

Log information

When you use our Application/Service, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs, including details of how you used the Application, the Internet protocol address, and device event information such as crashes, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request.

 

Location information

The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices (as indicated by an IP address or similar identifier), and the language you select when interacting with the iDevelop Apps Service. We collect this information in order to help us deliver and support the Service, including by localizing your iDevelop Apps Service experience. It also helps us improve our understanding of how our users use the Service.

We use various technologies to collect and store information when you the iDevelop Apps’ application/service, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. We also use cookies and anonymous identifiers when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services.

 

How we use the information we collect

We use the information we collect from our Application and Services to provide, maintain, improve the Application/Service, and to develop new features. We also use this information to offer you tailored content, like giving you more relevant information.

When you contact iDevelop Apps, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or to participate in the beta testing process.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve iDevelop Apps’ products and services.

 

Disclosure to Third Parties

At times, iDevelop Apps may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with iDevelop Apps to provide products and services, or that help iDevelop Apps market to users. We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

 

Aggregate Information

We may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information, such as demographics and App usage statistics, with advertisers, sponsors and other organizations.

 

Third-Party Ad Serving Services

We or the App Store may use a third-party network advertiser to serve advertisements within the App. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements based on the category the App falls into. Third-party ad serving enables us to target advertisements to you for products or services you might be interested in. This App’s advertisers and/or sponsors may themselves set and access their own cookies on your device if you choose to have your cookies enabled in your browser.

 

Business Transfers

In the event that all or substantially all of our assets are sold or transferred to another party, or another transaction occurs in which your personally identifiable information is one of the business assets transferred, all personally identifiable information that has been collected and saved may be one of the business assets we transfer.

 

As Required By Law

iDevelop Apps will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to i) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; ii) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of iDevelop Apps, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

 

Information Security

iDevelop Apps takes precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to the database system. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

 

Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

 

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application/Service and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application/Service, please contact us at contact@idev-apps.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.

 

Children

iDevelop Apps complies with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), which requires us to notify and obtain consent from a parent or guardian before we collect, use and disclose the personal information of children who are under 13 years of age. We do not use the Application/Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact@idev-apps.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

 

Changes

iDevelop Apps may update its Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.

 

Your Consent

By using the Applications/Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
